Does someone have a link to where the Red Cross actually said it "provided 130,000 homes"?

Edit: I was given this link. The Red Cross didn't claim to provide homes to over 130,000 people. It says it moved 132,000 out of tarps and tents. Sounds like a minor difference, but it's a big one. Sounds like this report is misleading
