I work for an HOA too. That's right, we can't force anyone out unless they are so far into arrears that we can move to foreclose. However, that process takes forever. They cannot kick you out simply because someone was arrested there. Go to a Legal Aid office and lawyer up because they absolutely cannot do that to you.
