Just wanted to drop Evan Narcisse's name in here. I don't think games are his focus, but when he does talk about games, he does pretty well.

What do you define as success in the games journalism industry? Would you be content if Waypoint was highly profitable as a site, but not as thought provoking? What if Waypoint was the highest in mind share in the community but wasn't as profitable as it was expected to be ad wise?
