This is a really cool AMA! Thanks for being so open about this stuff! I have a few questions:
How do you remember to look at the notebook and reunderstand (?) your condition, etc.?
How much of it do you read regularly and how much is in the notebook?
Does your amnesia affect physical things like muscle memory? In other words, if you wanted to pick up the guitar or learn to play tennis, would it be impossible?
