Red Flag laws, while well intentioned, are a violation of the 4th amendment.

Karl, I'm terribly out of shape and I hate running. Even when I was in great shape and played sports I hated running for the sake of running and was terrible at it for anything longer than 200 meters. I'm now in my 30's and I want to be a runner. I want to be able to get up and go for a run, maybe do a tough mudder. What advice do you have for someone in my position?

I would imagine they ARE the vast majority. FBI considers 4 deaths to be a 'mass shooting' regardless of intent or anything. The media plays up the ones it can spin. Gangs killing gangs is old hat. No one cares about color on color crime, they care about white on black crime, or kids.

if the seizure was done BEFORE this it's a clear violation of due process. just because a judge (whom many are biased, evidenced by the clamor over right or left wing judges on the supreme court) says it's one way doesn't really mean it's not wrong.

That supports my point even better.
