For anyone on a smaller budget, let me advise you to go to Mount kenya ..The fees are much cheaper, and the adventure is as amazing (if not more because there is much less trafic (i remember paying 15$ a day , but that was almost 20 years ago ... i know Kilimanjaro was 200$ a day back in these days)

are you speaking about Kilimanjaro or Mount Kenya? .. because i stayed 10 days on Mount Kenya national park, and remember paying 150$ .. 10x15$ .. we were a group of hikers and went without guide , and carried our own stuff obviously

Yes, exactly . Countries that use subtitles : Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands. They all speak a pretty good English and have a surprisingly good accent . Countries that dub movies: France, Spain, Italy . They all speak very bad English (or not at all ) and have a terrible (but cute) accent

To anyone still confused ...

You shouldn't wonder why organic food is expensive , but you should wonder: why is the rest so cheap ?

All I can say is that someone is paying ... maybe yourself and your health ... maybe the entire earth and it's ecosystem ....

Mmmm, that's exactly why I went to mount Kenya! Wild wild and so beautiful

Btw. You can trek up the the third highest point .. forgot the name, but it's just under 5000m high . Skilled climbers climb these two peaks you soeak about , and that's really incredible specially that they need to sleep up there in order to do it
