Care to share at least one good story?

My dad did something similar when he was told by the doctors he had no more than 6 months left of living. He had divorced my mother 1 year before that, but even when they were married he would never come home. The only ones that knew he was gonna die were him and my mother. So he started coming home and giving us a shitload of tasks we've never done before. We hated him so much during that time. But he was just preparing us for the day of his death, so we could be helpful to our mother afterwards. He started teaching us everything he could, even if we were too young to learn the tasks he was giving us. And we would reject him every time he came by to our house.

He never stopped working and he also began doing every thing he never did, just so he could die at peace. He actually went to India and did a lot of crazy stuff, like playing soccer with kids from foster care and going to temples to meet some crazy masters (I actually have the pictures he took during his trip). He had lost almost all of his money in this trip, but saved enough to go to London, looking like a homeless guy (he was actually a homeless, now that I think of it) and had no money whatsoever, but he somehow managed to come back to Mexico to live what he thought would be his last days.

Turns out, he did won the battle. (':

This is the song he used to hear during his battle. It's a really beautiful song, I hear it all the time and always gets the chills out of me.

  • Any secret that Nintendo would not want us to hear about?
  • Any funny story while working there?

It must be really hard to push people away from you. I could never do that.

But I still think that sticking to them is the right thing. I could never live my last months away from the people I love the most.

I admire your strenght, sir.
