I can't go to any protests, so what are some other ways I can show my support?

Dammit I missed this. Well if you're still watching I have a (kind of) two part question- thinking back to your childhood, was there a definitive moment or time when you knew you would be a world record holding swimmer? And if not, what would you say to a child to plant this sort of motivation?
