This is a side bar, but I feel lik I should put it out there. Jesse Jackson Sr. Is a hypocritical opportunistic scumbag, and it is rare to find black people (I say this as a black person, based on my experience) who genuinely respect him who are under 60. Regardless, cable new companies still like to have him for any racially charged story, as some sort of spokesperson for black people, while we all cringe as he misrepresents us.

Like I said, sidebar, but I feel like he gets more respect than he deserves. Tl; Dr - Jesse Jackson is a scumbag, and contrary to what you may see on t.v., a lot of African Americans are ashamed to have him as a 'leader,' though we never got any say in that.

It hurts so much to know what he did to her, but it feels so good knowing she only remembers one occasion (she was asleep the other times, heavy sleeper) and will most likely not remember anything, in the future.

Are you going to tell her, or have her go through therapy? I used to work at a rape crisis center, and we would often get people 30-60 years old whose lives were in a wreck because these repressed memories were just coming out. Perhaps she won't remember it, but if she does down the road, it could be a really scary and confusing situation.

I do it all the time. I just pay attention and use the acceleration and deceleration buttons as the gas pedal. If something comes up, Ill brake. You should never use cruise control as a way to pay less attention to the road. In traffic, it can function as a way to divert controls to your hands if your feet get tired. Once you actually use it regularly and get used to adjusting for traffic, it doesn't affect your reaction time at all. It's simply an alternative speed control.

Yeah it does get tiresome, especially when you have to adjust to other cars for no reason. I run cruise control all the time, I cant count on my hands how many times a car passes me, gets in front of me, and then goes slower than me. Using cruise control makes you realize that people can be really erratic with the gas pedal, especially in California.
