Ooh what if they made it possible for Alex to sort of "fall" out of the ghost dimension into Maggie Adler's time and then she ends up in her hometown, and then a few years later she goes back to the island, only to find herself becoming Maggie Adler by losing all the people she brought to the island with her and being forced to live there. And that could be like a super hidden ending after getting all the achievements or something.
