Ah ok. I knew (obviously) that geography was your area and I was curious as to where the perspectives you used developed. I am from the social sciences (psychology background) and like you I was intrigued by the sociological factors and the potential for research and understanding of what I still, in many ways, consider a sub-culture. In your paper assaying history I was particularly surprised in the ethnographic nature of your research.. Excuse my ignorance but I did believe that was a more sociological research method. I have used it a lot in Psychological research as it has a lot more potential for greater understanding.
Sorry this is a bit long and I have so many questions I would like to ask... Where do you see your research going in the future. I know you just published your book but I would assume you are already thinking ahead?

I read your papers when I wrote my dissertation...in fact I think I referenced you. What is it that interested you regarding the academic works you have published?
