When I was there last year I was quite defintely followed by military.... He kind a kept his distance in a black SUV with tinted windows but he was there everytime we stopped he was there.... I started waving to him everytime I saw him and he'd kinda jump back behind a wall or duck out of site....

We stayed at the youth hotel in nk, played Frisbee out the front, had an awesome nk BBQ with dome locals in the drained pool out the back, but could have easily walked away most of the time!! Even sat down till 3am with our female guides drinking beers at the bar!!
