2 quick questions.

1) will we ever see (m)(a)(e) on Vinyl??

2) after the show during the tour with Spill Canvas like 10 years ago, I got everyone to sign my poster EXCEPT MARK!!! Can you guys make him stick around after the show in Pittsburgh at Mr. Smalls to finally sign my Everglow Poster?!

Damian, Tim, Andy, & Dan,

First off I just wanted to say I've loved your band since the day "Get Over It" appeared on the front page of AOLmusic in 2003(?). It's been an amazing experience as a mega-fan to watch your career explode. From the expertly crafted super pop sound of the self titled album, to the completely raw and dirty feel of oh no, to the emotional and experimental tones of OTBCOTS, to the infectious electro infused jams on Hungry Ghosts, you guys continue to output high quality relateable and memorable music. Not to mention all of the amzing vidoes that came along with them (WTF is still my favorite)

I just wanted to paint a picture for you guys, of a very personal and monumental OKGO experince in my life, as you guys were so influential in the trajectory and development of my musical taste.

You played a show 2004. Pittsburgh, PA. Modern Formations was the venue. Rusty as you called Andy back then, was still new to the band, probably a month or two before the million ways video came out. There was a screen printed poster of a stark red and blue paisley design hinting at the artwork theme for the upcoming album. You opend the show with Bye Bye Baby and closed with a performance of the dance to C-C-C-Cinnamon Lips. You played with We Versus the Shark, and and band called Sun. The venue was such crap. The PA had like 4 inputs or some garbage. Therefore you were unable to perform the song "Return" as you had intended (it was written on the setlist and you had it crossed off). That night I got to meet you guys before the treadmill video was even a thought. We talked about the lyrics to Hello My Treacherous friends. Damian you wrote out the chords for Return for me, and that paper is still stuck to my Wall and that is how I learned the Bm7 chord.

If I were to ask a question I guess it would be, will you please come back to Pittsburgh and play "Return."

Much Love.

Derek
