Apart from Black Friday and Cyber Monday, what other times of year tend to see sizable online deals? Is this weekend really the best time of year to buy, perhaps for certain products? OR, what kinds of discount trends do you anticipate seeing in 2017?

Sorry for crashin' your question, but as an outdoor rec reporter, my tips: 1. Patagonia offers an AMAZING pro deal program. If you're part of an environmental or outdoor recreation group, there's a good chance you'll be able to apply for deals on products: https://www.patagonia.com/us/pro/user 2. Patagonia is really committed (as far as I've seen) to making quality products. My parents have Patagonia jackets that have lasted 20 years; I've taken to the idea that it's better to make fewer, better purchases, so if you can't find a pro deal that works for you, know that you won't have to replace your gear as often, and you're supporting sustainable business when you buy Patagonia. PS I promise they're not paying me to say this haha.

A lot of people in the outdoor community were surprised by the extensive Dawn Wall coverage by major media. Tommy Caldwell's part of the Patagonia family, and the company was instrumental in getting the message about the climb out there—what's next for Patagonia's climbing gear strategy given the mass interest? Anything on the way for climbing amateurs?

Doug, is Patagonia doing anything to help smaller gear manufacturers move toward 100% traceable down? Thanks, Hannah
