As someone with decent computer knowledge, but not much with coding etc, what do you think the best steps to become a game master (or customer support) for a company, use blizzard for example, would be? It's something that has interested me for a while, and now that I'm 25 and want to get into the field, want your personal opinion on the matter!! Thanks for everything man!
