I asploded when I read it. I'm a resident doctor right now, and I can't tell you how much more accurate patients would be if they had that scale.

OP must work in the world of inpatient medicine where DRGs matter and coders enhance patient complexity, add dx codes via query etc, to maximize returns. In this case it’s not even the docs fault at all.

I think OP is a person that knows enough “to be dangerous” but knows way less than he thinks.

How do you rise the ranks? At a racing school I met an instructor who is in the K&N West series and I was wondering how big a jump that is. Did you go this route or another way?
