One correction on the Spygate thing. All teams still tape the sideline and signals, which is legal. The memo said that they could not tape from the field anymore. They got in trouble for filming from the wrong location. Not for the filming.

He isn't saying 1 out of 12 are 12.5 psi or higher. He is saying that only 1 out of 12 footballs fall outside of what is explained by the ideal gas law. That 1 is the ball that the Colts tested 3 times on their sideline, with a gauge and needle, which is illegal to have on the field. The range of the footballs according to the ideal gas law says that the footballs should have been between 11.32 and 11.52 psi.
