I haven't read anything about ebola, give me a few causes for concern with ebola patients in the critical care setting. Not regarding it's spreading, more like how's it jack patients up.

I'd think pulmonary hemmorhage of some kind and poor gas exhange at the alveloar level would be the major issue. Am I wrong? Is it more gib type stuff?

Just curious of how patients are treated in Africa, where I assume crticial care equipment is few and far between.
