My old college housemate wasn't ever allowed to personally buy any toilet paper for the house bathroom. He always cheaped out and bought the most bargain basement bulk brand TP that he could find in the mega-mart (I sometimes suspect that he also did a lot of his shopping at military surplus stores).

We used to call his preferred brand of toilet paper "Charles Bronson Ass Wipe".
