Standardized testing.

Ahh finally someone asks. We have performance based ranking. Every shift, the managers assign us points based on our appearance and credit card tip percentage. We have to have big, curled or teased hair. Makeup that is natural looking but still with eyeshadow/foundation/bronzer etc. (how is that even possible?). We have to wear sparkly jewelry, and a sparkly belt. Tall Ugg type boots with cute socks showing. Our nails have to be done, and we have to maintain a tan and a fit figure. Girls with the most points pick the best sections and get to go home early.

I have 611 views on my proof, but only 12 upvotes and ~40 questions. I chuckle.

1. intimidating, only because there were the current employees there scoping you out. But the managers asked the basic questions, very easy going and not creepy. The managers interview you, and for the most part Twin Peaks does a good job at hiring non-creepy managers. The funny part is you have to have your pictures taken in the uniform, and they are submitted for approval in order to be hired.

2. Job requirements- I had food service experience, so that's always a plus, but essentially no. Just required that you're hot in some way, and fit.

3. YES. We are "ranked" every shift. We have to be in shape, tan, have curled or teased hair, wear a certain amount of makeup, jewelry, have our nails done etc.
