What are the main remaining challenges for engineering the SLS? Or is it essentially finished in design and it's just a matter of production/testing now?

How would a manned Mars mission deal with the radiation hazards? A Constellation-style mission would last over 2 years, and the cumulative dosage would be very dangerous, correct?

Besides heavy shielding, what are the other options?

Is there a 500-page PDF of the design I can read somewhere? I have loved reading the Mars Design Reference Architecture documents, and I'd love one on the SLS if available.
