I'm 3.5 years out on donation to my wife. Feeling returned to my leg/thigh after about 2.5 years. I had this weird numb area from my "taint" to about 4 in above my knee.

I'm not going to tell my story here, but I will tell you that if you begin to experience any emotional side effects and your coordinator/ transplant center people blow it off... get help else where. A small percentage ( low single digit) of donors experience symptoms similar to PTSD. I was one of those. It went totally untreated. I was a miserable wreck for 3 years. There are a lot of factors that play in to a situation like this, and the actual surgery seems to bring them out.

I just want you to think of the massive machine required to churn out those books, and get you to realize that your $130 is to pay for that machine, not the 3 pounds of bound glossy paper they hand you in the bookstore.

Funny story. I print some course packs for my university's book store. Used to be dozens, now down to around 10-15. Anyway, I had an instructor upset that the price of his all public domain B&W copied 500page double sided book was around $25. He had, for some unknown reason, told his students that it would be $3-4 dollars. He brought his entire class, 12 -15 students, ( they were in the same building) to confront me directly in my office about the price of his packet, insinuating that I was personally profiting from the sale of his "all public domain material". He then made the mistake of saying words I'm sure to this day he regrets. He said "Its just paper". I walked to the back of my shop, grabbed a ream of 20# white paper and laid it on the counter and said "Teach your class with this then" and went back to my office. All of the students erupted in laughter.

I hate charging what I do for materials, but the cost of what amounts to a short run custom book is not cheap. However, the printing cost on something that thousands upon thousands are made is nowhere near $130. Printing costs might equal about 20%, tops.

Could be the tensioner or idler bearing on the timing belt. I had a Volvo 960 the had the idler bearing fail and it screeched. Only thing that saved me was the bearing riding against the plastic cover as the ball bearings were already spit out. Of course this happened in my alley 40 feet from my garage.
