No, back in the late 80s early 90s the state decided that they would build new units from a couple of different designs to save on cost. Newer max units are all identical save for a few features and details. Essentially they were prefabbed and assembled on site.

They said in one comment they are getting paid to work on this case. This thread is nothing more than a free ad to try and get people to join their lawsuit.

This isn't true. In a civil case it is on the plaintiff to prove damages. If someone broke your window it's on you to prove to the court they are responsible. All they have to say is it wasn't me. A lack of a defense does not mean the court defaults a judgment for the plaintiff.

Nah they are probably trying to drum up interest in this case to get more people to join their group. Larger numbers of claimants in the class will result in a larger pay out. It will decrease the amount they get overall while increasing the amount the lawyers get.
