In the song "We Both Go Down Together", is it a story of star-crossed lovers or is the protagonist a deluded rapist/murderer? 'You wept but your soul was willing' seems a touch suspicious.
Thanks for all the great music you've pumped through my ears. I always maintain that regardless of someone's taste in music, I can dig up at least one Decemberists song they'll enjoy.
