Do you enjoy cooking for yourself and/or others? I know I’m guided a lot by smell when I cook, so I’m curious if you employ other strategies. Also, thanks for sharing all of this info!

A good personality measure (like the big 5) is not inherently discriminatory, but it can be misused in a way that adversely impacts certain groups. Any measure used for making personnel decisions should have a demonstrated relationship to a specific job.
