For me, in elementary school by the ocean, we had Tsunami Drills. The drill: walk up a hill.

treating the disease is practicaly useless as the game progresses as the epidemic cards come

Try Pandemic Legacy...treating the disease is super important there, because epidemics have long term consequences on cities, and your ability to travel to them.

We are currently spending most of our funding on band-aid fixes, rather than more expensive permanent fixes or upgrades at all.
