That’s honestly what I’m thinking. Not answering this is admission of guilt. Because saying that he’s innocent would neither be used against him in a court of law or affect his stay in the prison.

Then I think he’ll be in a lot more trouble for being in possession of an illegal phone than a Reddit AMA. And at this point my question has already been answered. If he was innocent then he would’ve said it since saying you’re innocent can’t actually be used against you.

But this is Reddit. How would they even find his identity? Assuming they confiscate his phone, logging into his Reddit account would be a completely different thing.
