I haven't seen this question asked, maybe for obvious reasons. Are the silos flooded on purpose? Why not just filled with earth or concrete? Do you have any idea how much water is in a flooded Titan 2 silo? Is the water contaminated with any chemicals, or can it be consumed after, for example, boiling?
