Hi! I'm starting Brazilian Jiu-jitsu this week. I'm nervous because I'm kinda out of shape and not corrdenated as a woman. Any words of motivation?

I'd love to get into writing for a think tank on the Middle East to actually do something with my degree. Is there any advice you can give on how to do this? Where to start or some tips in getting some of my data I've been researching out there? I'm currently in Cyber security and taking Arabic classes at a local community school. I'd love to write about the state of islamist extremism and the Cyber culture around it. It's what I touched at in my Senior thesis for my undergraduate degree in International Relations.
