There are Chinese Malaysians attending public universities in Malaysia. Does that prove that there is no discrimination against Chinese Malaysians in university admission?

Countries like Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong are balanced and stable despite having discarded semi-authorianism a long time ago. So, the link the between Singapore being "balanced and stable" and it having a semi-authoritarian system is questionable.

Thank you for your response but how would you respond to the counter-argument that speech that causes offence, especially in issues of race and religion, is merely the thin end of the wedge to causing actionable discrimination and harm?
