Everyday we hear that a lot of new technologies and products are made to replace plastic.. but we never see them in practical use. What's the reason? Are they expensive for our Government?

I'm too afraid to ask, but how does one makes money in a field like this, like who pays you, and how do you afford such travelling?

In the traditional system of nutrition in asia ( ayuvedric and tib e yunani) There are things as hot and cold food, similarly dry and wet( mucus producing) food .... these aren't related to temperature and real dryness ... how science and Nutrition see it?
