Hi, I know you´re dealing with long term stuff, but how do you deal with short term stuff ? I mean I usually get drunk as fuck which helps no one(especially me with my fitness program)

Do you know any tactics that help you overcome this ?

Yeha i have a goal, unfortunately this situatian with fucking Covid doesnt really help(lockdown and everything). And its usually really not that bad either(like a max 5 beers if it comes to me), but still i would rather avoid it. Hadnt this problem before corona either. When it comes what i want i dont think it absolutely gets in the way(the 5 beers a thing is happening once or twice a month), but it still shows that that the lockdowns have an effect on my mental health.
