Do MSF have writing based careers - either journalism or communications roles? And if so, do either of these careers involve working in the field where doctors are based?

Ok thankyou. In that case, are there any non-medical positions that involve helping people in the field? (I would like to get involved but have no medical based qualifications.) Thanks for your time!
