This exactly!!. Moos_Mumsy is just seeing unions as a panacea through rose-colored glasses. There are compelling pluses and minuses to both sides of this relationship.

I definitely agree that this pandemic has shed light on need for unions/wage guarantees and/or basic income plan for all 18+ in US

I was a pre-med major in the nursing school at a top(ish)-tier university. I ended up not applying to med school, but double Majored in Nursing and Psych. Got an MSN for free while working at affiliated hospital, then MBA there as well. Lots of different paths out there that you don’t know about or think about as an 18year old. Good luck!

Georges Henri Joseph Édouard Lemaître was a Belgian Catholic priest, theoretical physicist, mathematician, astronomer, and professor of physics at the Catholic University of Louvain. He is also considered the father of the Big Bang theory. He saw no conflict of interests in his religion and science. Catholics have always been taught to learn from Bible contextually to get lessons and not literally. Like Aesop’s Fables.
