Hey, first of all, thank you so much for your time. Here's my question: what do you say about the ketogenic diet? I've had a ton of success with it, but sticking with it for long periods of time has been the real issue. How can I keep it up as a lifestyle rather than a diet, and is it worth doing in the first place?

Yeah I've heard a lot about the Paleo Diet. I think it's supposed to be very similar to the keto diet except for a few facets. Can you elaborate on them?

And is it also possible for intermittent fasting to play a role for weight loss? One bit of information that I've come across is that intermittent fasting puts the body on "starvation mode," making it put on any further calories as body fat. Will this happen if I intermittently fast or should I leave that out and eat three times a day?
