Switching to the PC version might help. He can use his mouse left-handed, and movement should be easier to handle with four keys than an analog stick. Granted I do not have experience with MW3 in specific.

Not sure exactly how car loans work, but if you wanted to take advantage of an offer that relies on financing, could you simply buy a car and pay off your loan as soon as you received your payment book?
