It seems in general most bands signed to your Label start to sound the same or have similar influence in production, writing, playing style etc. Do you yourself oversee this, and if not why does this happen?

well for instance on AAL last album many of the songs sounded like Veil of Maya. In general I feel many of the bands (not all, there are the diverse ones) on your label tend to start sounding similar. Born of Osiris being one of the bands that influence the others. Maybe its just the bands desire to sound like whats "hot" but it seems to me there is something beneath the surface. Someone pushing bands to sounds "hot"
