wow. i've had a best friend pass away at 25 w/ cf and a niece now in her 20's w/ cf... and just you're concern on how to handle it is commendable. i'll let you know that NURSES hold an amazing mark in their lives (not so much.. doctors).. thank you for the work you do!

can confirm - beautiful there and lives up to its rep. stayed in rio for 2 weeks on a cheap budget and just walked to the beach everyday.. gorgeous. if you go to brazil, as well, i suggest snorkeling up in the middle portions near the amazon. another great site to see.

i study a lot of different languages and so i thought it interesting because in spanish, we often say "papa" to little boys when encouraging them and in english "dada" (or daddy).. in arabic "baba" your pronunciation sounded so close to the arabic "baba," it made sense to me... and bubba.. very southern and used for the same soft meaning. i think across all languages we have that sound, the same reference, we use to reference children, especially when being tender.
