As far as Broward County govt. goes, I can vouch for the fact that it's probably not corruption, just incompetency. Like where I worked, a lawyer accused us of hiding records one time, and I laughed because we couldn't coordinate to hide those records if we had tried - they had just been lost over the last 60 years like a lot of other stuff. Incompentency, not corruption.
The county commissioners can't even get rid of the people who are openly, in broad daylight. dealing crack across the street from them. Ive seen the commissioners looking down at them from their windows. Why would we expect them to be able to handle counting?
