What kind of ink do you use, to be able to clean it off so well and repeat so often?

Personal Favorite Revenge (and yes, I've used this on exes)

Be friendly, greet the wife especially. "Hi, are you new in town? I'm (name) and I'm going to be your neighbor. Want to come over for a cup of tea?" be SUPER friendly, offer to help with WHATEVER.

Later, Trey comes home to find you and wife sitting int he living room, laughing, drinking tea or whatever. He looks horrified, asks what you're doing there. Wife says "Oh! This is my new friend (name), she's our neighbor. Really nice!"

Smile and wave with a look of genuine friendliness and a hint of evil.

I promise you, Trey will live in CONSTANT TERROR of what you MIGHT tell his wife...but you won't do ANYTHING bad.
