And yet, if you mention "Flying Tigers" to any American under 40, nobody know who they are. Source: American living in China.

Hell, if you mention "feihu" (Flying Tigers in Chinese) most Chinese have never heard of them. It's quite inconvenient with Americans helping China against the Japanese. It disturbs the narrative of Mao singlehandedly holding the Japanese off while those Americans did something with island-hopping and atom bombs and the Soviets did something in Manchuria. Nah, China won WWII. By itself.

How's the inmate food? Would you eat it voluntarily? What about if you had to pay, how much would you give for it?

What are the other guards like? Do they conform to the accented violent redneck we all expect?

How is it being in a maximum security instead of medium or minimum?

What do you actually do to "guard" the prisoners?

2 months! And the patient could die at any time! WTF

"Doctor, we need you for a groundbreaking operation."

"Sorry, I have stuff to do, maybe if the patient is still alive in 2 months I can be there. But no promises."

Why is this even legal? Why are these people not in jail?

Bah...for some random body pain the doctor will just tell you to go home and shut up. They just don't care. Best-case scenario is they'll tell you to have expensive tests...which the doctor will look at for 5 seconds before moving on to the next patient.
