What is the best way to figure out a route out of a city like Seattle by foot, should you be lucky enough to make it through the initial shocks?

Thank you! Given the location of my office if the big one hits I'm a goner, but would be nice to still have a general idea of how I might start making my way to relative "safety" if possible. Appreciate the answer!
