Primarily it's about aesthetics. These old blocks are grotty looking and it's a relatively cheap and effective way to tart them up.

A cynic might suggest that it's of very little benefit to the residents, but of considerable benefit to the council and developers who want to put up more expensive housing nearby and don't want the view spoiled by the grimy towerblocks.

I've found maybe a couple of your and Tom's podcast online and really enjoyed them. But the others seem to have dropped offline. Please can you get one of your minions to look into this, and do you have plans for any more?

He just tells me every so often how much money I made.
