I've been on a humanitarian mission, and I agree that it's incredibly difficult and nuanced and a constant struggle, and budgets are incredibly difficult to keep reasonable when you're working in an emergency and seem like the wealthiest organization around.

How has the associative nature of MSF helped or hindered the organisation's work?
