I've just had a small bowel resection due to perforation. Thank God for keyhole, I feel for patients before the advancements in surgery, can't imagine less effective anaesthesia, ketamine, wound pain and post operative ilues all mixed together.

Thanks for doing this John; I've been researching and taking small writing jobs, and am studying Journalism in september, and I was wondering, do you have any tips, advice or anything in general that could help me achieve my dream of being a journalist any easier ?
