Went in to trade my leased nissan pickup in for something newer/smaller/better gas etc. The salesmans went out to the car and came back, told me that the tailgate had a different paint job (than the original) on it and therefor my car was worth less. He told me that somewhere between the time i bought it (2010) and now, the tailgate was stolen or given a bad paintjob. I had never had the tailgate serviced and it even had the same sticker from the original dealer from 2010. How big of a lie was this guy telling? perhaps just trying to take advantage of someone who doesn't know about cars as much as he does?

Attention TWC subscribers! I spoke with a knowledgeable tier 3 a few minutes ago and he said the absolute best way to contact corporate support is to visit timewarnercable.com, go to "contact us," then go to "feedback." For the "What is your feedback about?" pulldown, select "Products and services."

He explained this will go directly to TWC's corporate support team. I also urge customers to email Time Warner cable executives (google, "Time warner cable executive emails). Twitter, Facebook, and the TWC forums are also monitored by corporate CS 24/7 according to the tier 3 rep I spoke with.

The goal is to set them up with Emmett Shear, in hopes that they will be able to communicate. I spoke with Emmett, and he is open and responsive to working with TWC to resolve these issues. I have his email but out of respect for his privacy (not sure if his email is public or not) I will not share it, but if you have any leads or come in contact with any TWC higher-ups, please let me know and I will forward Emmett the information.
