Most likely June. I don't have my copy handy, but within the first few pages at the Red Center they whisper their names to eachother from their beds. Each name pops up as a different woman throughout the book.. Moira, Dolores, etc. Except for June.

June also fits into the Spring/Fertility theme of the book.
