I see a lot of reporting about a brain drain as a lot of talent and young people flee Russia. From a pragmatic view, would it be better for them to stay in Russia, organize and seek to rule local power structures (run for office, underground media, etc.) or has Putin's tight grip made it a hopeless situation for people wanting to live free that expatriation is the best option?
