Somehow I don't think he's here to talk about what's wrong with Microsoft. I totally agree with you, I'm in the same position with a small IT firm, and it's next to impossible to do a Windows reinstall. Technet was great for that. In fact any time I need to license a Microsoft product, I nearly break out in nervous sweats. My current gripe with them is needing a god damned Microsoft account to even install Office.
