Not OP, but I've noticed that if you've got your high beams on, there's sort of a gap in the middle. If you're on a very dark, very straight road (but with slightly bumpy pavement) it can very much look like there's a dog or coyote type creature running right ahead of you.

makes sense, we cremated my old cat and he's in a very tiny little urn.

I just cried for a good ten minutes. I want to offer my sympathy, and let you know that even though I don't know you, I love you for being so strong and sharing your story. Many, many hugs to you and your little one.
